Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flow Booster software platform ("Service") operated by Flow Booster ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Flow Booster, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Service description

Flow Booster is a subscription-based software platform that provides:

• Prompt Management — Tools for creating, organizing, versioning, and storing prompt templates.
• Batch Processing — Tools for running prompts against structured data files (CSV, JSON) in bulk.
• Workflow Automation — Tools for chaining multiple prompt steps into automated, schedulable pipelines.

Flow Booster is software only. We do not provide AI model access. You connect your own API keys from third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, etc.) and pay those providers directly for usage.

3. Account registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate or incomplete information.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Flow Booster offers multiple subscription tiers, including a free Trial tier and paid Pro and Team tiers. By selecting a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection).
• All payments are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

Free trial terms: New paid subscribers receive a 14-day free trial with full Pro access. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, you must select a paid plan to continue with Pro features, or your account will revert to the free Trial tier.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Send spam, phishing messages, or other unsolicited communications through the platform.
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or any connected systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or service.
• Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Service without our written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these acceptable use policies.

6. Your content

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate through the Service, including but not limited to prompts, workflows, batch job data, and outputs.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service. We do not use your prompts or outputs to train AI models, sell data, or share content with third parties.

You may export your data at any time. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. API keys

When you connect third-party AI provider API keys to Flow Booster:

• Your API keys are stored in encrypted form.
• We use your API keys only to make API calls you explicitly authorize through the platform.
• We never share your API keys with third parties.
• We never mark up or resell your AI provider usage.
• You can delete or replace your API keys at any time from your account settings.

You are responsible for your own AI provider costs and usage. Flow Booster is not liable for charges incurred through your AI provider accounts.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Flow Booster. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, brand names, or other brand features without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not responsible for any losses arising from your use of third-party AI providers, including charges, data loss, or service interruptions on those platforms.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
• We will retain your data for 30 days to allow for export, then delete it.
• Any outstanding payments remain due and payable.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
