Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Request the refund within 7 calendar days of your initial paid subscription purchase.
- Contact us at support@snori.shop with your account email and a brief reason for the refund request.
Refund requests made after the 7-day window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis but are generally not guaranteed.
What is refundable
- First-time paid subscription purchases. Your first payment for a Pro or Team plan is fully refundable within 7 days.
- Annual plan purchases. If you purchase an annual plan, you may request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase.
What is not refundable
- Renewal charges. Refunds are not available for automatic subscription renewals. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid future charges.
- Upgrade charges. If you upgrade from one plan to another mid-cycle, the prorated upgrade charge is non-refundable.
- AI provider costs. Flow Booster does not process AI provider API charges. Any costs you incur with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or other AI providers are governed by their respective refund policies.
- Downgrade credits. When you downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan, the difference is applied as account credit, not a cash refund.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Cancellation vs. refund
Cancellation and refund are different actions:
- Cancellation stops future billing. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- Refund reverses a charge and may result in immediate loss of access to paid features.
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Refund requests must be made via email.
